gutChek is committed to protecting the privacy of your protected health information and/or test results. This includes physical hair samples and test results as well as the invoices for the testing services we provide. gutChek collects information from your hair sample and stores it electronically on a computer. This is your testing record. The testing record is the property of gutChek, but the information in the testing record belongs to you. The physical hair sample used to create the testing record is disposed of and/or destroyed within 10 days of testing the sample and is only used for the purpose of creating the test record for the following: food intolerances, nutrition and toxins report.
